Kellie is hands down the best in the business. She is grounded, honest, reliable and efficient. We were so fortunate to have Kellie as our property manager for so many years. She always went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Kellie a hundred times over because she does a fantastic job!
Kellie Barton was our property manager for our 2 houses in North Lakes for a decade, and when there was a restructure in the office, we asked the management to keep Kellie as the property manager for our properties because she was doing such excellent work. We have profited greatly from her advice on where and when to refurbish one of our properties resulting in a much better rental income, making our investment in the refurbishment very worthwhile. We thoroughly recommend her services and would be very happy to have her as our property manager again.

We’ve known Kellie Barton since 2016. Our relationship with her were both tenant and landlord covers a period of 7 years. She was our property manager when we rented an apartment in North Lakes from 2016-2020. Being a tenant, we found that Kellie was very much into detail and meticulous but fair in her dealings with us. She was very flexible and really bridges the gap between tenant and landlord. When there were maintenance request from us, she was quick right off the bat to resolve issues with and seems she always have tradespersons always on call. She was very consistent with her routine inspections and provides detailed reports which you can tell were not just some copy and paste just to get by. So much so that when we finally got our own home in North Lakes by the end of 2020 we straight away zeroed in and wanted Kellie to be our property manager. Kellie took care of our home when we were overseas from 2020-2022, it was never a question or any doubt in our minds that Kellie will take care our home being an apartment for lease as we saw and experienced her work first hand as her tenants. When we were overseas, Kellie always communicated with us on anything and kept us updated all throughout. We came back to Brisbane in Dec 2022 and the only disappointment we had was we never had the chance to see Kellie on our return and personally thank her through the years as she moved on to a different real estate office. thank you
